The Jewish Community Museum has its permanent exhibition, The Jews of Bratislava and Their Heritage, installed on the upper floor of the Heydukova Street Synagogue. The museum was established by the Bratislava Jewish community to research and preserve its heritage. Each year, the museum organizes a special exhibition with a Bratislava Jewish theme. Since its opening in 2012, it has been an internationally acknowledged example of a community museum sensitively integrated into the architecturally precious building of an active Orthodox synagogue. The museum is open to the public from May 20 to October 10.
